Application of phytohormones as attenuators of salt stress in Tropaeolum majus L. (Tropaeolaceae)

چکیده

The salinity of the soil and irrigation water is one great challenges agriculture. Salinity can have harmful effects on physiological processes plant growth, including Tropaeolum majus L. (Tropaeolaceae). application phytohormones be a strategy to mitigate these effects. aim this study was evaluate jasmonic acid, salicylic cytokinin polyamine as attenuators salt stress in T. majus. Three levels were used: 0 mM NaCl (no stress), 50 (moderate stress) 100 (severe stress). Four control treatment (deionized water), acid (200 µM), (2 mM), (6-benzylaminopurine – 10 µM) (spermine 1 mM). Growth gas exchange parameters evaluated. Applied conditions moderate stress, all efficient improving height leaf area (except acid); improved number flowers well gs, A iCE; stem dry mass total mass.
